Do I need to be home during the service?
No. As long as we have access to the service area, we'll complete the job and send you a confirmation once we're finished.
What areas do you serve?

How often should my yard be cleaned?
Most customers choose weekly service to keep their yard consistently clean. We also offer one-time cleanups when you need a fresh start.
Do you disinfect your tools between homes?
Yes. Our equipment is cleaned and disinfected after every visit to help prevent cross-contamination.
What if my gate is locked?
Please leave gate instructions when booking. If we cannot access the yard, we'll contact you before leaving.
What should I do with my pets during the service?
For everyone's safety, please keep pets indoors or away from the service area while our technician is working.
BACKYARD SPA
Is the treatment safe for pets and children?
Yes. We use pet-friendly products and follow all product instructions for safe application around pets and families.
Can Backyard Spa be used on natural grass and artificial turf?
Yes. Our Backyard Spa service is designed for both natural grass and artificial turf.
TRASH CAN SANITIZING
How many trash bins are included in the starting price?
The starting price includes one standard residential trash bin. Additional bins receive discounted pricing when cleaned during the same visit.
Do I need to empty my trash can first?
Yes. Please place your empty bin(s) outside after your regular trash pickup so we can provide the best cleaning results.

How do I book a service?

Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.
